Operational Views (OV) [Logical Views]
The Operational Views are common to MODAF and DoDAF; OV-1b, OV-1c, and OV-2 however, have been customised to provide for MOD requirements. Operational Views describe the tasks and activities, operational elements, and information exchanges required to conduct operations. In MODAF thinking, the OV Views are considered to illustrate the Logical Architecture of the enterprise.
In addition, in MODAF 1.2 Service elements have been added to the MODAF OV Views.
